We are happy to confirm our first workshop in The Netherlands! The event will take place at De Theaterschool in Amsterdam and is organized in cooperation with the national film academy.

About the Theaterschool
The Theaterschool emphasizes in it’s educational program on the dialogue between the different programmes, encompassing the entire breadth of the theatre arts. Students work intensively with students from other disciplines (dance, theatre etc) enriching them in many ways. But this is not the case when it comes to cinema. Many see this is a missed chance since the film department is located right across the street! Alike, we think intensive cooperation for threatre actors and film directors should be initiated. Film seems to be the missing discipline in the program. We are trying to change this by organizing our film acting workshop with both film students (bachelors and master program students) and students in performing arts.
The workshop will largely take place inside one of the beautiful studio’s of De Theaterschool. De Theaterschool is designed specifically to meet the needs of dance and theatre training. It is a truly wonderful place to work and do physical exercises and games. It is structured along the lines of a large, professional theatre company. Only the last two days we plan to shoot earlier rehearsed scenes at the film academy studio’s. The film academy has great film studio’s too, offering more facilities than we will ever need for this workshop exercise.
